Insurance Administrator - 3 months Temp - £11.80 per hour - Remote
Insurance group is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Contracts team.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) for an initial 3-month period and will pay £11.80 per hour.
The role is remote. Working hours, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
The Administrator will provide day to day administration support to the Counterparty Contracts Team. Duties will include:
Maintain data management systems in respect of new and current counterparty contracts.
Deal with general enquiries relating to contracts via email and telephone.
Perform regular due diligence and assist with the ongoing monitoring of counterparties.
Ensure that all data held is accurate and meets all regulatory and Company requirements.
Generating reports to help management analyse data.
The ideal Insurance Administrator will have the following knowledge skills and experience:
Previous administration experience
Experience of working in the insurance sector is desirable
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent customer service skills
A fast learner who can adapt to new processes and systems
Able to work on own initiative
