About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator/Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a permanent full time contract at our site at our Sidcup MRI Unit.
The successful role holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and meeting and greeting patients.
We seek a self-motivated individual who can quickly grasp the general administration duties in this busy department.
You will also provide support to the clinical team, as a HealthcareAssistant for which training will be provided. Pre-employment screening including an enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role.
This role is 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday

Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate must have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a good standard of IT literacy.
- Typing skills are essential
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills are essential in order to prioritise your workload to ensure a high standard of patient care at all times.
- Work within site protocols and procedures to ensure the delivery of a quality service
- Ensure sound knowledge of site RIS systems
- Work in an efficient and effective manner to maximise throughput
- Escalate to the Clinical Lead/Regional Senior any identified clinical issues requiring further management input
- Ensure full compliance with all current AML Policies, Procedures and extant legislation
- Actively participate in departmental audits
- Be reflective in thinking and outlook and be able to source advice, coping with multiple demands during the working day
