Location: West Cornwall
Care support team seek an administrator to help manage the ongoing provision of a 24 hour 2:1 support package. This role is predominantly working from home and requires any successful applicants to use their own phone and computer/laptop.
Support required:
· Liaising with lead practitioner on providing administration necessary for running of the 24-hour care provision for a young lady in her home
· Producing and updating care plans
· Creating and organising rotas
· Keeping staff records incl. training, holiday and sickness
· Ensuring staff members are paid by sending their hours worked to the Direct payments team
· Note taking during team meetings
Hourly rate of pay: £12.50
Total hours: 12hrs per week
Essential:
- Some Microsoft office skills to create documents i.e. Microsoft Excel
- Previous administration experience and skills
