Job title: Administrator – Engineering
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £27,710 (depending upon skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- Support other Administrators within the Programme
- Effective liaison with end customer, visitors and staff including visitor reception, arranging meetings, travel bookings etc
- Co-ordinating events
- Senior Meetings & Reports Calendar
- Senior Mgrs diaries maintained
- Updated SDE/SharePoint ‘pages’ & Windchill.
- Senior Mgmt & Engineering timesheets & expenses
- Coordinating visitor passes
- Documents as required
Your skills and experiences:
Essentials:
- Experience within an Engineering design environment undertaking administrative duties and supporting customer events
Desirables:
- Experience of working with Senior Management teams

The Administrator – Engineering team:
As an Engineering Administrator you will report to the CSC Head of Whole ship Engineering. The primary purpose of your role is to support and enable the engineering teams from an administration perspective. This role requires a high level of proactive thinking against the role terms of reference – project the support needs from the teams.
