We recruit across Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Transformation, with c100 consultants throughout our office network. Our business has grown dramatically over the past 30+ years and we are embarking on an exciting period of growth which has resulted in new opportunities across the business. We are looking to add an operations administrator to our central operations support team. The role is varied and has room for progression and you will form part of a team of 4 who support the wider business.
We are ideally looking for someone to do this role on a part time basis, 5-6 hours a day but we are flexible so would consider other options. The role will have a hybrid working pattern with days from our London office as well as from home.Responsibilities:

Our central operations team support the business with a wide range of tasks such as:
- CV Processing – Formatting CV’s and ensuring the CVs we send to clients are accurate and well presented.
- Phone Management – we have a lot of incoming calls from candidates and clients daily, we need assistance to answer and manage these calls.
- Updating Systems – our business is fast moving and as such, we need help keeping our centralised records updated
- Concierge – meeting candidates and clients when they arrive at our offices
- General Admin – helping the wider teams such as Marketing/ Commercial with adhoc/ Project work
- Contract and Compliance Management – helping our Compliance Manager with the formulation of contracts, and helping to ensure our Compliance team have support in busy periods
- Event Support – helping the teams with events, i.e. registration, set up, invites etc
The right candidate for this role needs to be confident with using Microsoft packages, have a real focus on customer care (internal and external) and have a strong work ethic. We are happy to consider candidates who possess little or no experience, who are looking to get their foot in the door. These positions are entry level, so the interview will mainly consist of getting to know you and for us to understand how you may fit in the team.
