POSITION: Administrator
SALARY: £21,000
LOCATION: Selby, YO8
Our client is one of the UK’s most successful commercial finance brokers, founded in 2004, they now manage over 100 appointed representatives. With direct FCA authorisation, the company is now able to advise on regulated residential mortgages.
DUTIES:
Within this role you will be supporting multiple areas of the business to complete administrative duties in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include:
- Using Microsoft (and similar packages) to produce documents, reports and presentations
- Deal with incoming enquiries and directing them to the relevant department, via telephone and email
- Organise and file documents physically and electronically
- Manage diaries and meetings effectively
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confident and competent in Microsoft Packages
- Knowledgeable in CRM systems and data logging
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: Up to £21,000.00 per year
