Job description
Customer Service Assistant required for our busy fish and chip shop. Working as part of a small team, and as part of a small family business, you will be responsible for serving food, customer service, cash handling and all aspects of keeping our customers happy, our shop clean and our food great.
Experience is preferred but not required as full training up to level 1 food hygiene certificate will be provided. Candidates must be fluent in English, be smart and well presented and be prepared to smile and be nice to people for long periods of time. Grumpy people who complain a lot or phone in sick on a regular basis should not apply......
Shifts are typically evening shifts (4.30pm - 9.15pm) Monday - Saturday, although some daytime shifts may be available. Various shifts are available and applicants must be flexible and available to work varied shift patterns. Candidates who have limited availability will also be considered, however any restrictions on shift availability should be clearly highlighted when submitting your application.
