Town & Country Estate Agents are looking for an Administrator to join our busy Wrexham office.

We are looking for dynamic, well-presented individuals that are hungry for business and have an appetite for success.
As the administrator your responsibilities will include dealing with telephone and email enquiries, talking to clients on the telephone, preparing the sales particulars on the back office, filing, sales chasing and assisting the sales team.
Administration experience is essential.
To succeed as an Administrator, you will need to possess the following:
· Able to work to strict deadlines – setting own work list of priorities
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· IT Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook
· Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date.
· Excellent customer service skills
· An excellent work ethic.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30 working every other Saturday 8:30 – 4:00 with a day off in the week when working a Saturday.
Wage - National minimum wage as appropriate to age.
