Job description
The Best Connection has an opportunity for an Administrator with our client who are a well established company based in Portrack Lane, Stockton on Tees.
The role:
Main duties include but will not be restricted to:
- Data Input onto eBay system.
- Printing eBay labels (DPD/FedEx).
- Dealing with eBay customer queries via email.
- Arrange customer returns (eBay).
- Arrange Homebase stores collections via DPD/FedEx.
The candidate:
- Previous administrator experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, PC Literate, and with an ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Self motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Monday 07.45am - 16.00pm
- Tuesday to Thursday 07.30am - 16.00pm
- Friday 07.30am - 15.00pm
Pay Rate:
- £12.50 per hour
