A core part of Improving Together is the project delivery system which underpins and enables large-scale change alongside continuous improvement, working together to deliver long term sustainable change.
We are recruiting a Project Manager to support this large-scale change through a strong programme and project management focus, using a coaching approach and through a continuous improvement ethos. We are looking for the professional skill sets to manage and support the delivery of transformational change which spans both formal project management and change delivered through a rapid continuous improvement approach within our programme, project, and continuous improvement environments.
Applicants will have demonstrable experience in managing change within a large organisation, evidencing strong project management skills; coaching and influencing for change; and have a good grounding in using continuous improvement methods and approaches in practice.
Applicants will have at least 2 years’ experience in an improvement or project management field, working within a public or private sector organisation; be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will be a great communicator with a varied and wide range of staff with a style which motivates and influences for change.
