As one of the leading Further Education Colleges within the West Midlands, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Student Services department as an Administrator on a permanent basis, reporting into the Assistant Principal for Student Services.
You will be responsible for a group of curriculum departments supporting the Head of Section and the team with day to day administration duties. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as staff, parents, careers and students to coordinate sending out communication and arranging appointments. This includes assisting with enrolment and providing support with open days and other wider college activities. You will also work closely with other departments to set up meetings and organise cross functional work, to provide a streamline process across the college.
To be successful, you will have strong IT skills and knowledge of working with Microsoft Office. You will be a highly organised individual who is good at record keeping and prioritising your workload. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner. We are looking for someone who can work well independently but also flourish as part of our Student Services department.
