Job Summary
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT department in our growing company. This role would suit an upwardly mobile individual looking with experience of working with a Managed Service Provider.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with providing 1st and 2nd line support to users in office and homeworking locations, and willing to roll their sleeves up to assist the company will IT hardware and software troubleshooting and installation.

Job Description
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out 1st and 2nd line support for users based in our London and Glasgow offices, as well as people working from home. They will also be responsible for the set up, installation and maintenance of hardware, software and computer peripherals.

Experience required
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a Managed Service Provider
- Network administration (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, CIDR, VPN)
- Working with Microsoft Active Directory
- Group Policy Management
- Server Administration, Windows Server 2016, 2019
- Virtualisation
- HTML, Powershell, Scripting
- Exchange mailbox management
- Office 365 user management

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 to £33,000, depending on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
