RSK are recruiting for an Administrator to join the team in Hemel Hempstead. Reporting to the Team Administrator and Team Leader, the role will involve providing administration support to the team geophysical consultants and surveyors, both locally and to those based in other offices. This is a permanent, full time position.

Responsibilities:
- Receive internal and external enquiries (by telephone and email) and direct them to correct RSK department or person
- Routine project support including set-up, raising purchase orders, preparing invoices, and basic financial reporting
- Record and distribute minutes from team and project meetings
- Assisting project team to prepare electronic and hard copy reports for distribution to clients
- Maintain project files, both electronic and hard copy and undertake filing/archiving
- Assist in booking training courses and maintain training records for technical staff
- Assist in arranging and booking services and repairs for equipment and vehicles
- Act as central point of contact for consultants working out of the office and maintain a safe arrival system
- Undertake desk-based utility searches to produce a digital report of statutory authority service plans for areas requiring investigation. This will include contacting utility companies, collating their plans and replies into a report for clients to use as a record of the utilities affecting their sites
What we're looking for:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience of answering phones and transferring calls
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience of working remotely using Microsoft Teams
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
