Job description
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team at Fence Gate Lodge. Fence Gate Lodge is the jewel in The Fence Gate crown. Accredited AA 5 Star status and multi award winning, Fence Gate Lodge is the height of luxury hospitality in Pendle and the Ribble Valley. Fence Gate Lodge boasts 24 fabulous bedrooms, one luxurious apartment, a stunning function space and bustling breakfast room.
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the hotels daily running, this includes overseeing the reception team, working alongside the housekeeping manager, maximising total revenue generation through utilisation and analysis of effective revenue & rate management techniques.
You will be supported by the centralized Sales team, you will be setting the strategies to grow the business through effective pricing and inventory controls, using the agreed company systems to maximise revenue and meet budgeted hotel targets.
You will currently be a Hotel Manager, Revenue Manager or Reservations Manager with good solid revenue management experience looking for that next step or larger property. You must be able to manage time effectively, be a decision maker, be analytical, detail orientated, be able to manipulate data and have great work ethic. With an outgoing personality, comfortable liaising at all levels this is a fabulous job with a great company.
