An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Resilience for Wellbeing Service as a part-time Administrator (20-30 hours per week). Based at our Galashiels office, this role will normally operate during core service delivery hours of 9am – 3pm, Monday – Friday during term time. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate to include a reduced working pattern over the school holiday periods.

The Service supports young people by delivering 1:1 and small group work sessions within schools across the Scottish Borders. Our focus is to provide prevention and early effective intervention support to improve the emotional health and wellbeing and mental health of young people enabling them to become more resilient and confidently take ownership to enhance and sustain their emotional health needs.

The postholder will provide administrative support to both our Resilience Practitioners and the management team to ensure that service provision is delivered to the highest professional standard and quality, and meets the needs of young people, families and wider school communities within the GIRFEC framework.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working in administration and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as being fully IT literate on all Microsoft word packages.
