Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday
Salary: £24,000 per year
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit a motivated and passionate individual to join the team at Longbelt to assist with various duties, including;
- Following the company Health & Safety guidelines
- Signing in and out visitors to site
- Inducting visitors to site
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers.
- Updating various excel documents, Colleague working hours, training matrix, security paperwork, etc.
- Managing petty cash, PPE stocks, deliveries onto site
- Taking telephone calls
- General administration – T cards, Accident reporting, Meeting minutes as required, general typing.
- Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues and managers.
The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times. Therefore it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times.
