Job description
We are looking for a Morning supervisor to join our team. You would be responsible for;
- Opening up and setting up for breakfast. This would involve lighting the fires in winter and setting up the outside area in summer.
- Running breakfast service. During the quieter months you would be expected to run this on your own with the next front of house staff in at 11am to help set up for lunch service.
- Dealing with hotel check outs and resolving any issues that may have arisen during their stay
- You would be expected to run lunch service with a team of front of house
- Covering other supervisors holidays, this may include weekends and evenings as required.
Skills required for this role;
- Barista training
- Previous managerial training or a wealth of experience in hospitality
- The ability to solve problems when presented to you.
The successful candidate will be punctual, hard working and friendly. We would expect you to build a rapport with the guests in the hotel, particularly those staying for a prolonged period of time. We would also expect you to build a relationship with the rest of the team and assist with training of new staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 34-42.5 per week
Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
