Company Overview: We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This is a fully remote position that requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
Job Description: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our organization. The successful candidate will have a talent for multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments.
- Organize and prioritize tasks, emails, and correspondence for executives.
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars, and ensure all arrangements are cost-effective and within the company's travel policies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support, such as handling phone calls, filing, and organizing documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with online communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
