Since 2006 we have worked in partnership with the NHS and social care in homes, clinics, hospitals, and schools to transform local community health services.

CSH is one of the 11 health and social care providers who are known as the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership. We work together to improve care across the Surrey Downs, Northwest Surrey, and Guildford & Waverley areas.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • To use a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access etc to produce correspondence and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • To attend meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
  • To liaise with staff in other services and with external contacts.
  • To sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
  • To organise, store and archive paperwork, documents, and computer- based information
  • To photocopy and print various documents

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
