The Role
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Livingston Site working as a Administartor on a 2 years Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for supporting the supply chain function as required on a day to day basis liaising with suppliers on open purchase orders and expedite deliveries ensuring dates align with our requirements, updating the ERP system and communicating dates to internal departments, you will also provide monthly inventory reports to internal departments for actioning and transacting short shelf product from inventory collating documentation plus any other duties as directed by management. This role is on site and requires someone who has strong admin experience with ERP and Supply Chain knowledge being an advantage.

Who You Are
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous experience of working with ERP systems an advantage.
