iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is currently looking for an Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join the growing AI function in our talented Science & Research team based in London. You will be responsible for helping improve the efficiency of our machine learning system and reducing its computational costs.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Improve the efficiency of our Machine Learning system
- Partner with our Science team to review and improve our algorithms ensuring they are able to scale efficiently
- Partner with our Platform team in order to improve the efficiency of our cloud infrastructure to reduce computational costs
- Contribute to the broader research and technology strategy of the company
- 3+ years’ experience delivering machine learning or computer vision systems in an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of both Machine Learning architectures and Cloud processing infrastructures
- Experience with Python
- Bachelors or above in a numerate discipline such as computer science, engineering or related field
- You have good interpersonal skills and the confidence to state a clearly reasoned and articulated viewpoint
- You should be happy to take initiative in your tasks and be relatively self-organising
- You’re eager to ship releases and new features
- You’re able and willing to debate to put forward improvements to processes
