Job description
We are looking for a capable, responsible and meticulous individual to join our team as an Administrator, who will be responsible for keeping our company's books and records. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude, and we're looking for individuals who are comfortable speaking with coworkers and clients in person and on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Print documents and scanned documents.
- Scan documents and upload to network paths.
- Contact clients and potential clients by phone, e-mail, and in-person.
- Manage daily tasks and projects as required by the executive assistant.
- Supervise clerical staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
