Job Description
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining, coordinating shipments, and supporting the overall logistics process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
" Using appropriate software and systems including SAGE.
" Coordinate and oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
" Prepare and process documentation related to shipments, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
" Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
" Generate reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and other key metrics as required.
" Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
" Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
" Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping or deliveries.
Qualifications:
" Strong computer skills including MS Office and SAGE
" Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
" Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
" Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
" Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
