Administrator (Apprenticeships)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Apprenticeships Student Administration Team which is an integral part of the wider Student Administration function. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the operation of Student Administration relating to admissions, student records and assessment.
You will provide high quality, responsive and flexible support to the team which sits within Student Administration. The team are responsible for providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to all students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of education, including GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. They will have proven and extensive relevant administrative experience, well developed interpersonal skills, IT skills (to include MS Office) and excellent organisational skills. They will also be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to take decisions and prioritise work while working without supervision.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly which may involve some weekend and Bank Holiday working.
