Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Air freight Bookings
Job Duties:
- Receive bookings, quote if necessary within customer’s needs
- Booking Collections
- Arranging airfreight or courier transport and documentation
- Preparing Customs Declarations
- Checking on deliveries
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Completing accounting functions
- Supporting the operations process
- Resolving or reporting issues as required
- Completing all other necessary administration
- Ensuring regulatory compliance at all times

Experience
- experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential - salary will reflect this
- Full DBS Check
- 5 year work history
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 17:30 (one hour lunch)
Experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
