Duties & Responsibilities
- Budgeting and costing, planning, resources, contractual aspects.
- Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals (e.g. architects).
- Analysing survey, mapping and materials-testing data with computer modelling software.
- Drawing up blueprints, using computer aided design(cad) packages.
- Judging whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs and time requirements.
- Conduct site investigation and feasibility studies.
- Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to projects.
- Liaising with architects, subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients.
- Preparing bids for tenders, and reporting to clients, public agencies and planning bodies.
- Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
- Manage continuous improvement of the projects and processes.
- Manage project execution from preparation until completion (Cost, Quality, and Planning).
- Reply to tenders, draft the proposals and manage tender processes.
Skill/Experience/Qualification
· Excellent maths, science, and IT skills
· The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
· The ability to analyse large amounts of data and assess solutions
· Confident decision-making ability
· Excellent communication skills
· Project management skills
· The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
· Good team working skills
· Proficient in negotiation, supervision, and problem-solving
Qualification Required
Bachelor &/Master’s degree or a related study and experience
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
