Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge? Healthscreen UK is a fast-growing occupational health company looking after worldwide companies to local small businesses in the support of good health within the working environment.
To be successful you must have previous experience of working in an administrative role and be able to work well as part of a busy team. The specific essential criteria are detailed in the job description.
You must be able to work quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. You must be able to use a range of IT software systems including Microsoft Office suite or equivalent. The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing in a variety of challenging circumstances.
Job description:
· Ensuring the office and areas are to a high standard, attractive to look at.
· Administrative work in the office on site working on word, excel, iCloud database system, input of data, quotations etc.
· Upload of medical data to iCloud for employers
· Sending and answering emails in a timely manner
· Handling the phone calls coming into the office
· Handling queries on the phone
· Anything else required to support the company growth.
