Job description
The Team Administrator will undertake general office duties. They will answer and manage calls from service users and their carers / relatives and other health and social care professionals.
The Administrator post is split between the Adults CMHT and Older Adults CMHT/MAT’s teams based at Bentley House and Breightmet Health Centre.
These duties may include undertaking general administrative office duties including the typing of medical and other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing. You will answer and manage calls from service uses and their carers / relatives and other health and social care professionals. Typing clinic letters and reports using DICT8, prepare agenda’s, minuting of meetings and covering elements of patient finances. This will also include Reception cover.
