Our firm requires the services of an Administrator, the Administrator will be responsible for reporting any issues to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal direction, self-manage tasks and ensure that all deadlines are met on time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties and tasks.
- Generate paperwork for clines
- Correspond with clients via email or phone.
- Listening and caring skills
- Assisting Clients with paperwork
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Good level of basic education including written & numerical skills
- Computer literate, able to use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to use your own initiative to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Can work well in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £12.00 per hour
