Our client has been in the Civils market for over 30 years specialising in residential roads/sewers, groundworks and civils. Over the years they have developed long-standing relationships with a wide range of major housebuilding and other construction industry clients and they now employ over 350 highly skilled staff together with an impressive fleet of vehicles and machinery to ensure they meet the needs of all of their current and future clients’ needs.
Due to continued growth and some new exciting projects they have an immediate need for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis;
Reporting into the Production Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day support to the office.
Roles and responsibilities
- Working with the Project Managers on a day to day basis as well as the office staff
- Adding new files and data onto the system
- Construction data inputting
- Managing the production directors diary
- Sending out information on quotes
- Answering calls and emails
- Organising paperwork and files
- General administration duties

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middlewich, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Adminstration: 3 years (required)
