We are looking to hire a Business Administrator who will provide executive assistant & administration support to members of the Foodbuy Exec. team including organisation, scheduling, correspondence, meetings & people.
Specifically, the Business Administrator will provide; -
- Executive Assistant support to the Foodbuy Chief Operations Officer
- Executive assistant support to other Foodbuy Exec. Team member(s) as required
- Ad hoc administration support to the wider team as required
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, content for meetings, and record actions during meetings
- Book business travel arrangements
- Manage the diaries and schedules of Exec. Team members
- People administration support including recruitment, onboarding, training, holidays, expenses & sickness
- Manage ad hoc projects and follow-up with team members as required
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant teams such as IT & People

Key skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Executive support experience
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Team orientated & flexible
- Confident with a “Can Do” attitude
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)
- High standard of literacy skills, attention to detail & accuracy
- Self-motivated & willing to take the initiative
