We are recruiting for a hardworking and conscientious individual to join BRT Cleaning Services Ltd, to support the director with the development of and daily running of the business.
The ideal candidate will come from a cleaning business background and will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks. They will be a self starter and able to effectively manage and prioritise their workload.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients
- Answer the phone and deal with client enquiries
- Monitor and manage the email inbox and respond accordingly
- Prepare and send quotations
- Schedule and confirm meetings and site visits
- Generally support with the growth and development of the business
- Work as a team
- Provide ad hoc support to the director as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Experience in cleaning business
Working hours are Mon/Fri - 10 hour shift
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person - Office in Highams Park E4
