Location Meadowhall- Lower High Street, Sheffield S9 1EP
Salary £7.42 - £10.49
Hours 35 hours per week (5 out of 7 days inclusive of weekends)

The role
At Sunnamusk our retail team is at the heart of what we do. They live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. We are looking for a Sales associate to join our luxury fragrance kiosk in Meadowhall, Sheffield.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ascertain customers needs and strive to upsell where possible.
- Recommend and display items that match customers needs.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Proven working experience in a retail sales environment
- A desire to actively strive for excellence.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practice.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
