Administrator
Orpington/ Hybrid
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to provide administration support for the Country Choice technical function, helping to maintain and improve data and processes, that keep our propositions legal, safe, and quality focused.
You will help ensure a comprehensive technical support service is provided to our customers and internal stakeholders, to protect and grow sales. This is a great role for someone who has good administration skills, ideally with an interest in the food industry, looking for a role where they can grow and have a successful career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build / maintain recipe master file for upload to Nutritics system
- Review all recipes / products on Nutritics site for feed into labelling database
- Monitor product change communication process in wider group (daily, weekly, monthly) and advise of implications for recipe and allergen management
- Ownership of Complaints Administration including escalation of serious incidents, and continued focus on complaint trending, monitoring & root cause analysis with the technical manager and product suppliers
- Support the technical manager with product specifications and approved supplier database, helping ensure visit reports are documented and all non-conformances are effectively closed out
What we are looking for:
- Come from a strong administration background, with the ability to coordinate different tasks at one time accurately
- Strong IT skills with experience of MS packages
- Experience of dealing with customers and internal stakeholders with effective communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working with data and have an organised and systematic approach to working
It would also be great if you had knowledge of SAP and awareness of food labelling legislation however this is not essential. If you come from a Technical food background this would also be highly beneficial.
This is a hybrid-based role with a blend of office and home working, the office is located in Orpington, so you must be within a commutable distance to attend site at least twice per week.
