FULL TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR FRIENDLY OFFICE IN HANWORTH TW13 - 40 hours per week - PERMANENT POSITION - IMMEDIATE START POSSIBLE
We are looking for a suitable office administrator to join our team in a dynamic small office
Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in basic computer skills and be a team player.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Receiving and making telephone calls & dealing with enquiries
- Booking Appointments and managing the diary
- Client correspondence/general office work/updating systems
- Processing emails.
- Assisting the office managers
WE ARE BASED IN WEST LONDON AND WOULD PREFER APPLICANTS WHO CAN REACH US WITH EASE AND ON TIME. This is a FULL TIME position and hence it is important that applicants can commute easily.
WORKING HOURS:
40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8 hrs per day (currently 9 - 5)
Contract length: Permanent
STARTING WAGE:
£24,960 -27,040 to start dependant on experience, to be reviewed in 3 months at which time a pay rise may be offered depending upon performance.
