Customer Service Team Leader

Hyridge, Bristol
Permanent, Full Time 40 hours a week
Monday-Friday with option to opt into a 9 day working fortnight
£28,000 - £32,000 + 5% annual bonus

Are you a personable individual with a passion for working in a people-focused environment? We have a new opportunity to join us as a Team Leader!
In this role you will manage a team of Care Coordinators who coordinate over 5,000 hours of care every week. You will be responsible for ensuring a quality service is delivered to our healthcare workers and clients, being a point of escalation and a main point of contact for key stakeholders within the business. We're looking for a motivated individual to drive success within the team, ensuring KPIs are met whilst developing structure and strategy to best deliver results.

Every day you will…
- Line manage a team of Care Coordinators, conduct 1:1s and team meetings
- Monitor and develop performance of individual team members and provide on-going support and training
- Analyse business demands and trends to determine the team's key focus and delegate workload accordingly
- Be an initial point of escalation to deal with queries or issues from clients, families and healthcare workers

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Previous experience in managing a team with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff
- Previous experience working within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
