Job Purpose

As the Administrator you are responsible for ensuring that the sales teams are given as much support when they are processing their sales.

Duties

· Using automated facilities both from our partners and our own internal departments

· Offer a proactive, fully supportive function to all sales team to allow them the time to focus on creating more opportunities.

· Learn all funding platforms to be able to monitor and manage any queries on a daily basis

· Monitor systems to ascertain when an opportunity needs to be proposed to the funding agents

· Track all identified opportunities via the portals and ensure that all the relevant parties are informed of the progress/queries in a timely fashion.

· Process deals through the in-house systems whilst carrying out diligent checks to ensure all contracts fall in line with individual regulations and our own business governance.

· To monitor dashboards to allocate daily tasks and report on monthly activity as well as cash forecasting.

· Ensure that you have a good understanding of the sales being processed so that we can utilise the structure in the most beneficial way to maximise the revenue potential.

Experience & Skills Required

· Previous Strong Administrative skills with strong attention to detail

· Ability to work with various software packages at any one time.

· Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Able to work under pressure.

· Able to follow processes and procedures.

· Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
