Your duties and opportunities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Arranging appointments and managing the schedules of workmen and managers.
- Liaising with councils and utility companies.
- Analysing inspection reports and identifying deductions and advisories.
- Ensuring all safety certificates are up to date.
- Assisting senior property manager with daily tasks.
- Completing various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensuring all tenant/landlord details are up to date.
Essential Skills:
- Having excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organisation – must be able to prioritise many competing demands on your time.
- Being punctual and presentable.
- Maintaining an excellent professional manner with clients.
- Must be able to take direction from senior colleges.
- Must be able to work on your own or within a team as needed.
