Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an administrator and personal assistant on a part time basis. Initially, we’d love you to work 2 hours a day, Monday - Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the MD and wider team and assisting with various tasks such as recruitment, basic bookkeeping, booking meetings, coordinating and planning events and to keep our business running smoothly.

About the role
You’ll join a small, energetic team that run global campaigns for an impressive and fast-growing client base. You’ll be the link between clients, leadership team and departments with varied tasks that will help keep the business running and growing.
In this role you will

  • Maintain daily calendar, arrange calls, meetings, and conferences while making sure all details are handled in a clear and organised manner
  • Book all travel arrangements, including hotels, transportation, and activities
  • Assist with monitoring of inboxes and emails, including responding to clients, other contractors, and business contacts
  • Research and be the point person for service providers for projects such as web design
  • Manage and organise files and documents
  • Manage email and correspondence
  • Assist recruitment and onboard new staff members, as needed
  • Provide support to other staff members as needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, raising invoices and helping stay on top of receivables
  • Assist with payroll and other financial tasks
  • Perform other administrative and personal assistant duties as required

About You

Ideally you also have experience with:

  • Google Workspace Apps (Sheets / Docs) or similar
  • Bookkeeping software such as Xero

Salary & Benefits

  • £24,000 - £30,000 gross p.a. (pro Rata), depending on experience
