We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic e-commerce team as an Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals, ensuring that our website and customer orders are always up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities
The Admin will report in to the manager. He or she may be required to work successfully unsupervised from time to time without degradation in quality or performance.
Normal working hours will be 37.5 Hours per week with 21 days annual holiday
- Process shipping orders
- Packing customer orders
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Maintain website listings and ensure all data on website is accurate
- Liaise with the Logistics company to ensure timely collections and deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Testing and Grading trade-in machines
- Creating documents to link to trade-ins

The candidate should be keen and willing to learn and develop these skills.
