Kama Ayurveda is the number one holistic beauty brand in India, launching in London in Summer 2023. Kama Ayurveda’s plant-based skincare and haircare products draw upon medicinal recipes of centuries-old Ayurvedic botanical oils, tonics and blends that are tested for efficacy by the latest science. What you´ll get to do
We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our team at our first spa in the UK, in a beautiful new location within Harrods. Providing an elevated customer service, you will be selling our holistic products and spa services to our clients, and will be fully trained in our service ritual and products to ensure you are able to deliver the signature Kama Ayurveda experience.
Our Sales Assistants will:
- Meet and exceed personal and counter sales targets
- Raise awareness of the Kama Ayurveda brand, educating clients in our incredible product and treatment range
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard at all times
- Keep our location beautiful, ensuring the boutique and treatment areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Participate fully in promotional / PR activity to ensure the success of the promotion or event
- Assist the management in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels.
- Follow all GDPR and health and safety procedures
We´d love to meet you if you have
- Experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally skincare, beauty or fragrance
- A passion for customer service and you love to build relationships with your clients
- A love for wellness, skincare, and holistic health practices
