Administrator 18 hours - Swindon
Salary: £23,120 per annum, pro rata for part time £11,097
Hours: 18 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday

Ranked by Best Companies as the 8th best charity to work for in the UK, we support survivors of modern slavery who have been abused and exploited, by implementing individualised plans and strategies to enable them to transform their lives. This service in the Swindon area is a female safe house. It is one of ten safe houses across England providing shelter and support to 133 modern slavery survivors every night.
We are seeking a confident and experienced Administrator with a wide range of skills and importantly, a ‘can do’ approach. You will be comfortable working independently and taking initiative. As the Administrator you will provide day to day administration /accounting for the service and secretarial support to the Service Manager. You will develop and update the office functions, making the best use of IT and electronic systems. You will maintain the petty cash system and complete the returns at the end of each month, ensuring monies are accounted for and documented accordingly. You will also support the Service Manager with administrative duties regarding the maintenance of the site.
You must have experience of working with database systems and Excel. Previous experience in an administrative/accounts position is essential.
