About us
The Service Centre has been purpose-built with spacious workshop offering a comfortable, high-end working environment, housing cutting-edge equipment and a team of experts. The Group already has more accredited watchmakers than any other UK retailer, and is proud to be a brand-accredited agent of luxury Swiss horology houses including Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling and Cartier. For generations, customers have trusted the Group's team of specialists to look after their timepiece – and the new Service Centre will proudly continue this tradition. This exciting opening follows the Group's rebranding of its aftercare services earlier this year.
As well as complementing the unrivalled in-house services on offer across the network of Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb and Goldsmiths stores, the new Service Centre will further improve turnaround times for clients. Together, the team boasts industry experience from renowned brands such as Rolex, LVMH, Swatch and independent maisons, meaning they are well equipped to service timepieces of any age or make to the highest industry standards. On occasion, they may make the decision to send more complicated or vintage models to Switzerland, but much of the work can be promptly carried out within the service centre.
