What you’ll be responsible for:

· Maintain diaries and records for managers including arranging meetings, preparing papers and minute meetings where necessary.

· Responsible for the production, analysis, and presentation of a range of routine and ad hoc performance and business reports for the team.

· Develop relationships across the divisional services to ensure the performance information feeds into the directorate performance Framework.

· Use and promote access to information systems including Rio / EMIS Community.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work under pressure and deadlines.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· System knowledge of RiO and EMIS.

· Previous administration experience.
