We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work at our friendly South Shields office.

Key Duties
● Provide high level administrative support to the Senior management team in all areas of services , including the development of the newYouth Investment Hub and associated provision
● Responsibility for office management of facilities, external bookings, and associated utilities.
● Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the management team.
● Management of petty cash and logging all receipts into relevant projects on quick books
● Issuing of invoices and liaising with local authority direct payments teams
● Prepare documentation, including reports, plans, and minutes of meetings.
● Logging of all referrals, maintaining and updating of project databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
● Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and funders
● Assist with marketing communications and any correspondence to service users, parents and carers.
● Assist in supporting the Youth Investment Fund's requirements, ensuring all activities and reports are compliant with funding guidelines.
● Assist with the transition and implementation of the updated Youth Provision, ensuring a smooth handover of operations
● Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the integration of the new Youth Provision into existing systems and processes.
● Assist with the planning of training sessions for staff involved in the new Youth Provision.
● Provide administrative support in the event of any operational disruptions, contributing to effective business continuation strategies.
General Responsibilities
● Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of AutismAble.
● To be proactive in maintaining and developing quality standards and demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement.
● Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, vulnerable adults, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
● Operate relevant equipment / ICT packages (e.g. Word, Excel, databases, spreadsheets, Internet, Google cloud sharing, management information systems).
● Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
● To promote and uphold good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including parents, carers, work placement providers and funders.
● Represent and positively promote AutismAble CIC at all times.
● To support the implementation of all company policies and procedures.
● To carry out any other reasonable duties that are requested by the senior management team.

Salary: £22,683.00-£26,520.00 per year
