The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the academic administration for the Computer Science Department’s undergraduate and full time taught students, primarily in the area of administration of undergraduate courses.
The Department currently hosts three undergraduate degrees and one full time masters degree (MSc in Advanced Computer Science). The undergraduate degrees combined have an intake of around 100 per year, and the MSc an intake of around 50 students.
We are seeking applicants with experience of administration, who have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be the first point of contact for academic staff and students for undergraduate academic administration queries. You will assist with the co-ordination and delivery of the departmental class scheme and practicals teaching. You will assist with examinations, assignment and projects across the undergraduate programmes and the full time MSc programme.
