Job description
The Pre-Production Administrative Assistant is a multi-functional role providing support across the Pre-Production team at Topps International. The role regularly interfaces with a number of internal departments, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills. The Pre-Production Administrative Assistant must command a strict attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Generating barcodes and allocating them to projects and components
- Creating outer case labels and supplying files to print
- Checking Order Summary (OS) and Bill of Material (BOM) documents for accuracy
- Managing QR Code creation, supply and tracking. Coordinating with Digital, Brand & Production teams
- Providing support to RFQ process as needed
- Ad-hoc Production tasks and support for Production Managers
- Maintaining and organizing folders using project software
- Contributes to overall operational effectiveness efforts
- Proactively identifies opportunities to provide support to the team
Skills and Experience
- Degree -level education or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- The ability to work under pressure and support others within the team
- Interest in working within a high growth, complex, global organization
- Methodical approach with a high attention to detail
- Mastery of MS Office is required, particularly in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral
