Role Overview

Our People and Development (P&D) team are recruiting a full time, permanent People and Development Team Assistant. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning about HR, and shows willingness to get involved in supporting multiple tasks and projects. You will gain exposure across all areas of People and Development including working with key business stakeholders. The People and Development Team Assistant must enjoy multitasking, and managing different tasks on a daily basis. This role will involve a small amount of diary management including the management of governance activities to support the business agenda. This is a pivotal and exciting role, and will suit someone who is enthusiastic, organised with a real willingness to grow and absorb new opportunities within a dynamic People and Development team!

The People & Development team covers the following functions; operations, business partnering, resourcing, talent and Learning & Development (L&D). The team works in partnership with the organisation to provide an effective and professional service that helps deliver the People Strategy, mitigate people risks and deliver effective and efficient processes, systems and compliance.
