What we’re looking for?
We are looking for Administration Assistants to ensure the capital projects are delivered in an effective and efficient manner as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) department.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across operations, assisting and facilitating capital project delivery and will take responsibility for managing and delivering the administration activities required within the project management office.
We’ll trust you to:
- Ensure adherence with CDM through the timely production of 1,000+ per annum Client information packs necessary for the delivery of the Network Management Intervention Portfolio
- Raise and administer purchase orders for the capital works
- Collate and complete capital project records packs
- Assist with the running of mini competition tender events run by the PMO
- Assist with the administrative function required for capital projects and programme management including liaison activities between WWU, 3rd party contractors and other external bodies

You’ll need to have:
- Maths and English O’Levels / GCSEs are desirable
- Numeric. High standard of keyboard skills. Competent in the use all standard Microsoft and other standard desktop packages
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
- Ability to use computer systems and general office facilities such as PC packages, photocopier, facsimile machine etc. Demonstrable communication skills, both written and oral.
