We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to take on a variety of tasks supporting the business. The ideal candidate will have some proven experience in administrative roles, a strong attention to detail, a friendly manner and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Produce shipping labels and commercial invoices
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Check reports
- File documents.
- Update the website
- Manage the image database for retailers and press
- Maintain inventory and take care of some of the direct shipping daily
- Liaise with suppliers
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
